Anne Kazungu Okwera

Founder

Anne Kazungu Okwera has over 20 years of experience in human resources, project management, and organisational development. She brings a wealth of expertise, particularly in policy review, workforce optimisation, and project management. My career spans roles within international NGOs and corporate environments, where she has developed, implemented, and evaluated HR frameworks tailored to diverse organizational needs

Charity Uwimana

Co-founder

Charity Uwimana brings on board government sector and community engagement experience having worked with the London Boroughs in the past and is also an important member of the UK Diaspora.

Charles Male

Co-Founder

Charles Male is a social activist, living in Canada, and has been instrumental in several diaspora-led engagements on various topics such as education & climate change. He brings on board extensive programme and public sector experience
